I do not tend to write reviews often, but Right on is exactly as their name says. Right On!. The owner himself came to my house fixed my central air on the same day at a better price than the competition. I found Right on through reading reviews, like mine. The owner is not only professional but more importantly honest. Took the time to explain to me what causes the issue in detail and then went above and beyond by doing a thorough inspection after fixing the initial problem. Honest, dependable, professional and will not rip you off. If you are looking for central air/heating/HVAC, I would definitely recommend you run to call the guys at Right on Air Conditioning. I have found my new HVAC company and I’m glad I did. Thank you Google reviewers and more importantly thank you RIGHT ON!

Wow, I couldn’t be more pleased with Right On AC! Shawn managed to fit me into his schedule on the first real AC day of the year, when everyone was just discovering they needed service. He was sympathetic to my plea for special consideration, as I was moving out of the house that day and not coming back soon! He called ahead of his visit, arrived on time, and got right down to work. We hired Right On to do some work on a house we just purchased. Shawn has come to our house a few times now, to do a furnace tune-up, install a new filter area, do a couple of small fixes on our AC unit and, most recently, to help us with a very tricky washer/dryer situation. Shawn has been in business for 9 years and I have used him since he started. He has installed air conditioners, mini split air conditioners, Furnaces with evaporator/condenser coils in both of my homes. My heating system was installed in 1989. About 10 years ago I had I had a new computer board installed. Kept it going. About 2 years ago I thought it would be a good idea to have it checked before winter. I didn’t know who to trust so I called Mike at Quality Auto. I always take our cars there for service and I thought an honest guy like Mike might know who to call. He recommended Sean and Right On Air Conditioning And Heating. So, I called and Sean came over and looked at my almost 30 year old system. He could have red tagged it but he didn’t. He and another fellow tinkered with it for about 2 hours. It’s worked since then. But, 2 weeks ago a grinding noise began. Sean came over at 7:00 on Saturday night. It was dead. Today, 2/11/2019, he came over at 9AM and at 2 PM they were done. my nice, shiny new system is heating my house. They also removed an old dead system which heated another part of the house. Cleaned up, all done. An honest, hard-working, pleasant guy. Local. The $14.99 monthly contract is worthwhile. He could easily have told me the system was dead 2 years ago, but it wasn’t. I had time to plan plan for this. Excellent price too. Highly recommend this businessman and also Mike. I’ve lived here since 1985 and it’s hard to find the good guys.

Our furnace suddenly stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Shawn from Right on Air came out even at the night and were able to help us figure out the problem. He explained the problem and fixed it immediately. He did an excellent job and extremely knowledgeable. Very deserving of the 5-star rating. Can’t recommend enough. Shawn came out on the coldest day of the year to fix a small heating issue in my apartment and ended up finding a very serious carbon monoxide leak. Even though I eventually had to call my association to fix it (the problem was in the chimney) he went above and beyond to help us. He responds quickly, explains everything clearly, and is honest and fair about repairs or costs. We will definitely be calling him for any HVAC issues in the future.

Shawn was friendly and professional from the start. He was knowledgeable and informative and not pushy at all when we decided to forego one of his recommendations in consideration of the fact that our furnace is VERY old and will need to be replaced before next season. He gave us tips to make do in the meantime. $50 extra for same-day Sunday service, which we thought was typical and worth it for our schedule. Alternatively, they were open to see us anytime the following day during normal business hours. We’ll be calling for a replacement estimate from these guys for sure when the time comes.
